Credit Policy

We offer credit to:
  • Credit-worthy customers with minimum 250.00 initial order
We verify creditworthiness by:
  • Ordering a credit report
  • Checking references
We offer credit limits between:
  • $250.00 to $25,000.00
  • Credit requested over 25K will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
A credit limit may be reduced if the customer has:
  • A poor credit rating
  • An unreliable payment history with us
  • One or more past due bills
We offer credit terms of:
  • Deposit with balance due upon delivery
  • Deposit with periodic progress payments
  • Net 30 - net amount due in 30 days
  • COD - cash on delivery
  • Master Charge/Visa/American Express
We offer these incentives for early payment:
  • Higher credit limits for customers who pay bills early
  • Thank-you notes to customers who regularly pay on time
  • First notification of any equipment specials
Late payments result in:
  • Finance charges of 18% (1.5% each month)
  • Reduced credit limits
  • Revocation of credit privileges
  • Temporary Credit Hold
We collect overdue bills by taking the following steps:
  • At 7 days past due, we send a friendly reminder
  • At 21 days past due, we send a formal letter
  • At 35 days past due, we call the customer
  • After 60 days, the account will be sent to collections
Many companies may experience temporary financial setbacks. When this situation occurs, customers are encouraged to call the office to explore payment options.

We handle cancellations and refunds as follows:
  • Equipment returned for reasons outside our control will be at a 25% restocking fee, and, in addition, will be charged a monthly rental fee for use or availability of the equipment.
  • Returns of equipment under warranty will be handled by repair or replacement of the equipment.
We are associated with several leasing companies who offer leasing options for large purchases of pre-owned equipment. We will be glad to put our customers in contact with these companies if leasing is an option under consideration.
